Meerut, May 15 -- A Pakistan-based X handle allegedly attempted to incite communal unrest and provoke people across Meerut and other parts of Uttar Pradesh during the recent labour agitation in Gautam Buddh Nagar, leading the police to register a case at the cyber crime police station here. According to officials, the X account, operated under the name "Anushi Tiwari Proud of Indian," circulated misleading and inflammatory posts along with videos containing false claims aimed at disturbing communal harmony.
