VARANASI, May 25 -- The errors in the Varanasi voter list have been corrected following the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process, and action has been taken simultaneously against negligent Booth Level Officers (BLOs). Additional district magistrate (administration) Pankaj Kumar stated that house numbers for the two voters (Serial Nos. 01 and 02) at Booth 144, previously recorded as "zero," have been corrected. Other major discrepancies, such as duplicate entries, dual polling stations, unclear photographs, and software issues have also been rectified.
