LUCKNOW, June 29 -- The admission process for the 2026-27 academic session at Dr Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University has entered its final phase. According to university spokesperson Prof Yashwant Viroday, the last date to submit online applications for non-CUET undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programmes is July 1. So far, approximately 3,500 applications have been received across UG, diploma, certificate, and PG courses. Viroday said the LLM programme has received 125 applications for 22 seats, while BEd special education has attracted 329 applications for 99 seats. BBA has received 208 applications for 41 seats and B.Pharma 177 applications for 33 seats. MA (Sociology) received 148 applications for 44 seats, while Social Work, Hindi, History and MCA have attracted 1.5 to 2.5 times the number of available seats. The MBA programme has received 194 applications for 132 seats. Vice-chancellor Acharya Sanjay Singh has urged candidates who are yet to apply to complete their online applications by July 1.
