PRAYAGRAJ, Nov. 6 -- A youth, allegedly in an inebriated state, climbed a high-tension electricity tower in the Sonar Ka Tara area under Meja police station limits in Prayagraj's trans-Yamuna region on Thursday, prompting villagers to alert the police. Identified as Lal Babu Bhartiya, a resident of Sumeri Ka Pura village under Unchdih, he drew a large crowd as villagers gathered at the spot. A PRV-112 team rushed to the spot and managed to bring the youth down safely after considerable effort. Villagers alleged that he frequently climbed high-tension electricity towers under the influence of alcohol, endangering his life and the safety of people nearby....
