Lucknow, Oct. 18 -- Defence minister and Lucknow MP Rajnath Singh on Saturday met representatives of various social, business, cultural and religious organisations at his residence in the state capital. During the meeting, activities of organisations, social concerns and various issues related to public interest were discussed. Representatives expressed gratitude to the defence minister for all-round development of Lucknow and also apprised him of various public problems of the area. Taking public issues seriously, Rajnath Singh directed officials concerned for their speedy and effective redressal. He stressed on ensuring necessary action on issues related to public interest.
