Chief of Air Staff to interact with locals, students in Gkp village
LUCKNOW, Aug. 27 -- Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh, will visit Mathabari village in Gorakhpur on Thursday and interact with villagers, students and local youth, according to a press statement issued by officials on Wednesday.
During the visit, the first visit by a chief of the armed forces to a village in Gorakhpur, Air Chief Marshal Singh will seek to understand the aspirations, challenges and developmental needs of the local community, officials said.
He is scheduled to visit Ramashray Gram Vikas Sansthan at Sakhi, Mathabari, where he will review community development, welfare and self-reliance initiatives being undertaken in the region.
Air Chief Marshal Singh will also visit Saraswati Gurukul, where he will interact with students and teachers. He is expected to encourage students to pursue education with discipline, hard work and self-confidence, while motivating them to contribute positively to society and nation-building.
He will also engage with local youth to learn about their career aspirations, opportunities and challenges. He will urge them to channel their talent and energy constructively and remain committed to their goals. The visit will provide an opportunity for direct and informal interaction between the Air Force chief and residents, allowing villagers to share their experiences, concerns and expectations, officials said....
