CBI registers assets case against ex-WAPCOS deputy chief engineer
LUCKNOW, Aug. 14 -- The CBI's Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB), Lucknow, has registered a disproportionate assets (DA) case against Pankaj Dubey, former deputy chief engineer/project manager of Water and Power Consultancy Services (WAPCOS), Bhubaneswar, alleging that he amassed assets worth Rs.1.29 crore disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The CBI identified several properties allegedly linked to Dubey, including properties in Lucknow and agricultural land in the state capital and Deoria.
The agency has also named Rahul Verma and Ram Prasad Dubey as accused for allegedly facilitating the acquisition, development and holding of properties....
