Lucknow, Sept. 1 -- As many as 25 schoolchildren were injured after a private school bus collided with a milk tanker and then rammed into a roadside house in Amethi on Monday. The injured children were admitted to Jagdishpur CHC and private hospitals. Their condition was reported to be out of danger. The accident took place around 11 am near Raniganj Thauri village on Ayodhya Road, under the Bhale Sultan Shaheed Smarak police station area. The bus was carrying children from RPS School. The impact sent the bus out of control, after which it veered off the road and crashed into a house. The bus cleaner was trapped inside the vehicle following the collision. On being informed, SDM Musafirkhana, CO Tiloi and other administrative officials reached the spot. Chief Medical Officer Anshuman Singh said 13 children were being treated at a privatel hospital in Jagdishpur, while the others were admitted to Jagdishpur CHC.
