Ambedkar Nagar man stuck in Israel brought home safely
LUCKNOW, April 5 -- A man from Uttar Pradesh's Ambedkar Nagar district stranded in conflict-hit Israel was safely brought back to India via Jordan following swift intervention by the state government and coordinated efforts by the district administration and the ministry of external affairs, stated a press release shared by the CM media cell on Saturday.

Officials said CM Yogi Adityanath directed senior authorities to ensure Akhilesh's return, following which the district administration coordinated with the ministry of external affairs and Indian Missions in Tel Aviv and Jordan.

On Saturday, Akhilesh and his wife met DM Anupam Shukla and thanked the administration for the swift action.
Officials described the operation as an example of prompt humanitarian intervention and effective coordination between the state government, the Centre and the Indian diplomatic missions....
