PRAYAGRAJ, June 19 -- The Allahabad Cricket Association (ACA) constituted various committees for the smooth functioning and development of cricket activities in the district from the 2026-27 session onwards. RP Bhatnagar, director and chairman (Management), ACA, made the appointments of office-bearers and committee members. The newly constituted management committee has Anurag Srivastava as convener, with LB Kala, Dr Anoop Kumar Srivastava, Someshwar Pandey and Shishir Mehrotra serving as joint conveners for various portfolios. Khursheed Ahmad Rain, Ankit Pandey, Vivek Singh, Ajay Kushwaha, Manoj Kumar, Pritesh Sonkar and Shehzade Alam have been appointed assistant conveners for different operational responsibilities. The ACA has also announced its senior and junior selection committees. Salim Ahmad will head the senior selection committee, while Anurag Srivastava has been appointed chairman of the junior selection committee. The senior selection committee comprises Salim Ahmad (chairman), Shamsher Ali, Arvind Singh, Shivam Yadav and Alok Singh.
