LUCKNOW, May 2 -- After LU Proctor Rakesh Dwivedi registered a complaint with police against student leaders on Wednesday, NSUI leader Prem Prakash submitted a formal complaint at Hasanganj Police Station against Dwivedi on Friday. The complaint states that on April 28, students gathered to seek dialogue with the vice-chancellor regarding the 'arbitrary and steep fee increase imposed without any stakeholder consultation'. "Instead of engaging with students, the administration responded with force. We were physically pushed, verbally abused, and threatened by the Proctor and members of the proctorial team. We were warned that our academic careers would be destroyed if we continued to raise demands," the complainant said....
