AGRA, March 3 -- Saiyyan police in Agra district on Monday arrested two men accused of killing an auto driver after the latter resisted their plan to have unnatural sex with him last month. The two accused have been identified as Vishnu, 23, and Amit Shukla, 19, of Saiyyan. Hukum Singh, who lives in Rajasthan's Dholpur district, lodged a complaint at Agra's Saiyyan police station on February 17 about the missing of his brother Vijay Pal, 30, who was an auto driver. As per the complainant, Vijay's auto was hired by two persons on February 14 and his brother went missing that very day. On February 18, Vijay's autorickshaw was recovered from Iradatnagar road within the limits of Saiyyan police station and later his body was found nearby. On Monday, deputy commissioner of police (West) Aditya Singh said a case was registered under Sections 103(1) (murder) and 3(5) (joint criminal liability) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita at Saiyyan police station on complaint of Hukum Singh. Assistant commissioner of police Sukanya Sharma headed the teams constituted for work out of case. "The two accused travelled in autorickshaw and had liquor all through the day and also gave it to driver Vijay Pal. The two suddenly planned to have unnatural sex with the driver who resisted their plan. Both accused forcibly stripped him and tried to overpower him but later pushed him into a water body," the DCP added. "The two accused then got down into the water body and kept pushing Vijay's head into it until he died," he added....
