'Coffee makes me happy instantly'
India, Oct. 1 -- Actor Vivian Dsena's love for coffee is no secret to fans, as witnessed during his stints on reality shows Bigg Boss 18 and Laughter Chefs. On International Coffee Day today, he describes making coffee as "an art form" that he approaches with "serious dedication."
"My love for the drink and the journey towards perfecting the brew began in 2011. Since then, I have moved from being a casual drinker to someone who keeps his gear close, even on set," says the 38-year-old self-proclaimed "coffeeholic". Vivian recalls how, on sets, his coffee breaks have benefited others too. "Once a director asked me for coffee and then the entire team took a coffee break at my expense," he laughs.
While trying to perfect their coffee, Vivian believes people often overlook the importance of the grind. "Most people get the grind size wrong. My set-up is really strict, featuring a French press, a good grinder, and an espresso machine. The secret to the Vivian Special is all about the beans, which are citrus nutty coffee light roast."
The actor also shares that his family is now attuned to his needs. "My family knows exactly when I want my cuppa. They are like, 'Please give him his coffee.' All of them understand that it will make me happy instantly," he says....
