Lucknow, May 22 -- The state's first 'Centre of Excellence for Flower' will come up in Ayodhya on three hectares of land in the Pirkhauli area at a cost of Rs 2 crore. This centre will not only become a hub of technical support for flower growers but will also ensure a continuous supply of quality flowers to Ram Mandir.
