Dharamshala, Oct. 22 -- The Dharamshala-based Tibetan government-in-exile, central Tibetan administration (CTA), has expressed concern over the recent arson attack on the office of Tibet in Pretoria, South Africa. The Kashag (cabinet) of the CTA said that the attack took place on October 14 and they have requested the authorities to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the incident.
