Jammu, Feb. 27 -- Ajay Chrungoo, chairman, Panun Kashmir, a frontal organisation of displaced Kashmiri Pandits, on Thursday, cautioned the Government of India that any move to alter the present Union territory status of Jammu & Kashmir and restoring it back to statehood, without acknowledging and addressing the genocide of Hindus of Kashmir and its consequences, will inevitably strengthen separatist consolidation and embolden terrorist-separatist forces acrossIndia. He reiterated Panun Kashmir's stand demanding further reorganisation of the present Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir by creating a separate Union Territory within Kashmir for the secure rehabilitation and return of displaced Hindus, with full constitutional safeguards and administrative control and separation of Jammu Province as a state to ensure balancedfederal representation andprotection of regional aspirations....
