Dharamshala, Sept. 3 -- A 39-year-old man was killed after the car he was driving fell into the Suketi Khad in Himachal's Mandi on Wednesday, police said. The accident occurred around noon near Pulghrat under the jurisdiction of Sadar police station. The deceased was identified as Muneesh Bhatia, a resident of Mandi. Police, with the help of local residents, rescued Bhatia from the vehicle and rushed him to Zonal Hospital, Mandi, where doctors declared him dead. Police officials said that the body was sent for post-mortem examination and a case has been registered under Sections 281 and 106 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and further investigation is underway....
