Srinagar, June 14 -- The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has taken cognisance of alleged harassment and attacks against Kashmiri shawl sellers and students in several states. The NHRC registered a case on a complaint filed by Jammu and Kashmir Students Association, citing incidents of intimidation, assault, discrimination, and denial of trade and accommodation in Himachal , Haryana, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh.
