Srinagar, Oct. 20 -- PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti on Monday sought Union home minister Amit Shah's intervention to revive and strengthen J&K's cultural sector. Seeking dedicated funding for local programming on Doordarshan and Akashvani, Mehbooba, in a letter to Shah, stressed that J&K's artists, musicians, writers, filmmakers and cultural practitioners are custodians of its rich heritage.
