Jammu, July 17 -- The Jammu district administration sealed an illegally functioning drug de-addiction centre 'Jivan Ka Ehsaas Nasha Mukti Kendra,' at Kunjwani on Wednesday night, officials said on Thursday. The administration took this action when the centre could not provide proof of registration from a competent authority during an inspection, they added.
