Guv launches 'Tobacco-Free' Himachal campaign
Shimla, May 13 -- Governor Kavinder Gupta launched the 'Tobacco-Free Himachal' campaign of YouVAH (Youth for Voluntary Action in Himachal) at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday.
The campaign will be carried out across all 12 districts of the state with the objective of creating awareness against tobacco consumption and promoting a healthy, addiction-free society.
A delegation by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) called on Himachal governor Kavinder Gupta on Tuesday and discussed various initiatives and development activities being carried out by the institution in the state.
