Dharamshala, Sept. 15 -- Various drugs were seized during a raid amid a rave party in Upper Dharamkot of Dharamshala area on Sunday night, Kangra police said on Monday. Among the items that were seized from EDM Hostel were 0.95 gram of chitta, 3.7 grams of opium, 1.33 grams of charas and 1.54 grams of ganja/cannabis. Fifteen people were medically examined, officials said. A case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at McLeodganj police station against Aamir Khan, a Madhya Pradesh native residing in Upper Dharamkot, and Radhesh Ranjan Pajoria, a Rajasthan resident and the leaseholder/owner of the EDM Hostel. According to police, preliminary investigation has revealed that the hostel owner/leaseholder was allegedly hosting rave parties at the premises on Sunday and Monday.
