GUWAHATI, March 30 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday released the party's manifesto for next month's assembly polls in Assam that included five guarantees if the party comes to power. The guarantees included unconditional monthly cash transfer to bank accounts of all women, Rs.50,000 to women to start business ventures of their own. He said, if voted to power, the party would provide guaranteed cashless health insurance of Rs.25 lakh to each family. He added, "We promise to provide justice to late Zubeen Garg within 100 days of coming to power. We will find out who killed him and expose the conspiracy behind the incident."P6...
