Jaipur, July 22 -- Over 30,000 eligible beneficiaries from the state have received cashless treatment worth up to Rs.25 lakh in hospitals outside the state within six months of the rollout of outbound inter-state portability under the Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya (MAA) Yojana, officials said on Tuesday. The state government introduced outbound inter-state portability on December 15, 2025, enabling beneficiaries to access free cashless treatment at hospitals empanelled under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) across the country. The facility is currently available in all states except Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The MAA Yojana is being implemented in convergence with PMJAY and covers 2,179 treatment packages, including major procedures for cancer, cardiac ailments, kidney diseases, organ transplants and other critical illnesses.
