Jaipur, April 3 -- A 16-year-old boy was killed and two others injured after a speeding car hit three pedestrians in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district on Thursday morning, police said. According to police, the incident occurred around 10:20 am in Samaspur village under the Chiksana police station limits. According to police, the impact was so severe that all three victims were thrown onto the road, triggering panic and chaos at the scene. The injured-identified as Naveen Singh (20), Bhola (21), and Anurag (16)-were rushed to hospital. Anurag succumbed to his injuries during treatment, while the other two are undergoing treatment at RBM Hospital in Bharatpur. Police said the car lost control and rammed into the pedestrians. Preliminary information suggests that the vehicle is registered in Haryana. The driver fled the spot, abandoning the car at the scene.
