man dies after car falls into pit in sukher
Jaipur, March 19 -- At least three men from Pune have been killed on Wednesday after their four-wheeler fell down from an overnridge at Delhi-Mumbai expressway in Rajasthan's Kota, police said.
The station house officer of Kaithun, Manoj Sikrawar, said, "The incident took place early in the morning when the three were returning from Leh in their car which fell almost 30-feet down from the bridge leading to their death."
According to the police, the three friends were part of a ten-people group from Pune wbo went to visit Leh-Ladakh on February 26 by car.
"The other people were travelling in a different car. However, the driver of the car had probably dozed off when it hit a divider on the expressway, lost control, and fell off the bridge," saud the officer.
Soon police reached the spot, pulled out the three victims and rushed them to the hospital where they have been declared dead. The deceased were identified as Kunal (25), Siddhant (21), and Mayurewa (23).
"Bodies have been sent for an autopsy. The other people from their group were also contacted. The car was completely crushed due to the accident."...
