Jaipur, April 2 -- The Rajasthan government on Tuesday night transferred 65 IAS officers, bringing significant changes in the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) and across the state administration. As part of the exercise, collectors in 25 districts have also been replaced. Among key changes, Jaipur Collector Jitendra Soni has been appointed as secretary to the chief minister, replacing Sandesh Nayak who is now the new Jaipur collector. The Sikar collector Mukul Sharma has been appointed as the special secretary to the chief minister, replacing Arvind Poswal who was transferred to the Housing Board in Jaipur as the commissioner. Meanwhile, the Deeg collector Utsav Kaushal has been appointed as the joint secretary to the CM. Divisional commissioners Akshat Kumar Singh and Rajat Yadav, along with Jila Parishad Chief Officer Ria Dabi have been appointed as the three new officers on special duty (OSD) to the chief minister. Of the new collectors, the director of the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, Anupama Jorwal, has been appointed as the collector in Jaisalmer, Chittorgarh district collector Alok Ranjan as the new collector of Jodhpur, replacing Gaurav Agrawal who was transferred to the Udaipur district collectorate. The agriculture commissioner Chinmayee Gopal has been shifted as new collector in Barmer, the horticulture commissioner Shubham Chaudhary was appointed as the new Pratapgarh collector, director of social justice department Ashish Modi has been appointed as the collector of Sikar, deputy director of PwD Bal Mukund Asawa will be the new collector of Baran, and Dungarpur collector Ankit Kumar Singh was given the charge of Phalodi district, JDA secretary Nishant Jain was appointed as the Bikaner collector, joint secretary of PHED department Ravindra Goswami has been appointed as the Pali collector while Barmer collector Tina Dabi has been appointed as Tonk collector. Meanwhile, the secretary of the Panchayati Raj department Joga Ram was given additional charge of the National Health Mission, Finance secretary (revenue). Rajan Vishal has been given the charge of the director of Jal Jeevan Mission, and the TAD commissioner Kanhaiyalal Swami was appointed as the divisional commissioner of Jodhpur. In the new list, Rashmi Sharma will be the new director of the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyaan in Jorwal's place, Pali collector Laxmi Narayan will be the new TAD commissioner replacing Swami. The secretary of the state human rights commission Babulal Goyal will be the new commissioner of the medical education department while additional commissioner Jaidev CS will replace Goyal....
