Jaipur, Oct. 13 -- Rajasthan energy minister Hiralal Nagar has directed power companies to ensure adequate and uninterrupted electricity supply to farmers during the rabi season, warning that there should be no shortage of power during the crucial crop-growing period. Chairing a review meeting on Monday to assess the progress of various power sector schemes and projects, Nagar instructed officials to maintain a reliable electricity supply and ensure that pending agricultural connections are issued at the earliest.
