Alwar, May 1 -- Seven members of a an Uttar Pradesh-based family were critically injured after a cooking gas cylinder exploded at their home in the Rajasthan's Bhiwadi district, police said. DSP Kailash Chaudhary said, "The accident took place at around 7.30 am when the head of the family Nem Saingh was changing a cylinder. The gas started leaking from the cylinder during the process and it spread across the house. Soon, it caught fire and then the cylinder also exploded causing the incident." Locals immediately reached the spot and pulled all the seven members out of the house and rushed them to the hospital. "However, their condition is critical following which they were referred to Alwar district hospital," said Chaudhary. The injured were identified as Nem Singh (40), his wife Mamta (35), their four children Kajal (17), Kishanvati (15), Pankaja (8), Chhagan (4), and Mamta's brother Brijesh (32). "An FSL team was called in the spot to examined the area. We are also checking the CCTV footage. Further probe is underway," he said.HTC...
