Jaipur, Sept. 17 -- Rajasthan is set to allocate around 552 acres of land in Dausa, Balotra and Dholpur for the development of three private industrial parks, following an e-bidding process held on September 15, 2026, under the Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026, a statement said on Wednesday. The state government said the policy was aimed at accelerating the development of private industrial parks and creating a conducive industrial environment for investors. It added that the response from investors to Model-A of the policy, under which land parcels are offered for developing industrial parks, had been encouraging. Online applications along with earnest money deposits (EMDs) were invited from investors between August 27 and September 8 to participate in the bidding process for the identified land parcels. Seven entrepreneurs participated in the bidding for land parcels at Rajahera, Guda Ashikpura and Noorpur in Dausa. Five bidders participated for the land parcel at Vedarlai in Balotra, while two entrepreneurs bid for the parcel at Bijauli in Dholpur. Following the e-bidding, the successful private developers will be allotted the respective land parcels and will be responsible for developing the industrial parks and their basic infrastructure. The developers will have to provide essential infrastructure, including internal roads, water supply, electricity, drainage, rainwater harvesting and street lighting.
