Jaipur, March 25 -- A 15-year-old girl was found dead in a suspected case of death by suicide in Beawar district on Tuesday, only an hour after the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education released the result of Class X board exams, police said. Rajesh Kasana, Beawar deputy superintendent of police, said that an investigation was underway to determine whether the girl's results played a role in the incident. "She had apparently passed all the subjects and secured first division narks. We didn't find any note from her belongings. Her parents also didn't mention any prior stress or behavioural changes in her in the last few days," he said. Investigators said that the girl arrived at her grandmother's home in Beawar's Saket Nagar on Sunday. "She was found dead on Tuesday, soon after the results were out. Her family members broke open the door when she did not respond to repeated knocks," said Kasana. The body has been sent for an autopsy, said police.
