Dehradun, July 8 -- Investigators were widening their net to determine if others were involved in the abduction and brutal torture of a 29-year-old man over a road accident in Dehradun recently , said police, adding that the search for a second accused was currently underway. The complainant, Azad Rawat from Jakhan, had alleged that he was abducted by two men after their scooter slammed into him on Friday night near Lal Pul, while he was out on a walk.
