NEW DElhi, May 14 -- In a major reshuffle in Delhi Police, several special commissioners of police across key divisions were transferred, officials said on Wednesday. IPS Neeraj Thakur, earlier special commissioner of police (traffic), was posted as special CP, law and order zone-II, while IPS Devesh Chandra Srivastava was shifted as special CP, law and order zone-I. IPS Manish Kumar Aggarwal was moved from intelligence to head traffic, and Ajay Chaudhry was posted as special CP, protective security division. Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal, recently transferred back from Andaman and Nicobar Islands cadre, was posted as special CP (crime) with additional charge at media cell.
