Haridwar, June 22 -- Three wanted accused, each carrying a bounty of Rs.10,000 announced by the Haridwar police, were arrested from the Uttarakhand-Uttar Pradesh border area in connection with a firing incident at a biodiesel factory in Buggawala, senior police officials said on Sunday. The arrests come two days after police apprehended another accused in the case following an encounter during which he sustained injuries.
