Why some 'perfect' marriages still fall apart
India, May 17 -- Not every struggling marriage looks unhappy from the outside. Many relationships that seem 'perfect' can quietly face emotional distance, communication gaps or changing priorities over time. In a recent Instagram video, divorce lawyer James Joseph Sexton shared a thought on long-lasting marriages that struck a chord online.
"I hope people's marriages end in death," he said, explaining that he meant he hopes couples stay together till the very end of life. For him, the best relationships are the ones where partners still like each other after years together.
James said regular communication is crucial in a marriage. He also shared a habit called 'walk and talk', which means taking a weekly walk together and discussing what made them feel loved that week, and what could have been better. According to him, such conversations can help couples stay connected before problems build up....
