India, June 1 -- A ctor Ajith Kumar's mother, Mohini Mani, passed away in Chennai on Saturday at the age of 89 due to age-related ailments. Several film personalities, including Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay and actor Trisha Krishnan, later visited the actor's residence to offer condolences, while her final rites were held on Sunday morning. Videos circulating on social media showed the two meeting and embracing Ajith before offering their condolences to the family.
