India, June 6 -- A UPSC aspirant's disciplined day, divided between studies and work as a physiotherapist has gone viral on Instagram. Amassing over 32.6 million views and 1.3 million likes, @dr.jyotivermapt's Reel has sparked both admiration and concern over the intensity of competitive exam preparation.
3.53am: Wakes up
4.22am-6.40am: Studies
6.40 onwards: Takes a yoga break before resuming preparation
Around 11am: Cooks food and returns to studying
Afternoon: Dries clothes, washes dishes and finishes other chores, as well as studies
6.40pm onwards: Leaves home to visit physiotherapy patients. Returns and continues studying
10.50pm: Ends the day
The clip has drawn over 10,000 comments, with many praising her discipline. One user wrote, "Best of luck for your dream," while another said, "Hope you succeed and become an honest officer."
One user even wished her, saying: "I really want to see you being successful in your life. More power to you."
