India, Sept. 24 -- A decade after announcing their separation, actor Tobey Maguire and his estranged wife, jewellery designer Jennifer Meyer, have reached an agreement to dissolve their marriage. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the two parties have also agreed to appoint a private judge to handle disputes as they work through the remaining matters in the case. However, they are yet to finalise a full settlement regarding their assets and other outstanding issues. The court filing came nearly six years after reports first emerged that Jennifer had filed for divorce in October 2020, while the couple had announced their separation back in 2016. Last year, Tobey asked the court for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 16-year-old son, Otis. He also asked that they enter private mediation to discuss child support and spousal support, noting that they have a prenuptial agreement.
