India, Sept. 29 -- A ctor Tahir Raj Bhasin gained recognition for his breakthrough role as the antagonist in Mardaani (2014), and since then, he has dabbled in different kinds of roles. Recently, he was seen in the web series Shaque: Trust No One, and he is enjoying exploring his versatility. "What I would never want to do is get repetitive," says the 39-year-old. He acknowledges the variety of roles that he has got to experience till date, but also has his eyes set on his future wish list: "Detective stories and comedy". In his recent show, Bhasin played husband to actor Parineeti Chopra, who marked it as her first acting project after motherhood. And Bhasin is only praise for her. "Parineeti was an absolute trooper," he says, adding, "The bubbly, charming, funny girl that you see on screen is exactly who she is even as a person." The actor is quite happy with how his career has panned out, but he reveals that acting was never the obvious choice for him. With his father and grandfather having served as fighter pilots, Bhasin grew up around air bases and military families. And if acting hadn't worked out, he was set to follow the family legacy. "I grew up at air bases around fighter pilots, so it was the only other avenue that I would have probably felt I could have gone into," the actor ends....
