India, Nov. 4 -- Social media personality Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, has opened up about his fallout with actor Sara Ali Khan, calling her a "fake friend" and alleging that her mother, actor Amrita Singh, verbally abused him but never apologised. Appearing on actor-couple Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi's show Double Date, Orry named Sara when asked about the most famous person he had unfollowed. Explaining his decision, he said, "Her mother scolded me a lot, so I unfollowed her too." Recounting their childhood friendship, Orry claimed he had stood by Sara during a difficult phase when she was dealing with a major case in Goa. However, he alleged that she disappeared when he needed her support. "For one time in life when she had to be there for me, she disappeared," he said, adding that she did not even call or check on him. The rift between the two became public in August 2025, when Orry shared birthday pictures of Sara that drew criticism for being unflattering. He later took another dig at her by including Sara, Amrita and (actor) Palak Tiwari in a reel titled '3 worst names'.
