India, June 2 -- Just days after Hollywood actor Brad Pitt secured a legal victory against ex-wife and actor Angelina Jolie in their ongoing Chateau Miraval case, reports emerged that their 24-year-old son, Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt, has filed to legally drop 'Pitt' from his surname. After daughters Zahara (21), Shiloh (20) and Vivienne (17), son Maddox is the latest of the Jolie-Pitt siblings to apply for a legal name change. According to court documents obtained by E! News, the former couple's eldest son Maddox, who was adopted in 2002, has requested a name change that would make his full name Maddox Chivan Jolie. The request is yet to be granted. While he was listed as Maddox Jolie-Pitt in the end credits of the 2024 film Maria, the 2025 film Couture, starring Angelina, credited him as Maddox Jolie.
