India, July 9 -- A new thriller series based on Mikita Brottman's acclaimed true-crime book Guilty Creatures: Sex, God, and Murder in Tallahassee, Florida, is in the works with Emmy-winning actor Julia Garner featuring in it. She also serves as an executive producer on the show which is being helmed by Supergirl director Craig Gillespie, as per The Hollywood Reporter. According to the official synopsis, the true-crime drama is set in Florida and explores the "psyche of a torrid romance and subsequent act of murder between two young, adulterous but God-fearing lovers."
