Chandni Tugnait, psychotherapist and founder of Gateway of Healing shares the signs of a healthy friendship. Chandni highlights that noticing when something is off and showing up without being asked is a clear green flag. "A friendship that can only survive total agreement is always going to be fragile," says Chandni. The ability to disagree without letting it affect the friendship is a sign of a lasting bond.
