India, Sept. 30 -- Amazon India's Best in Tech Awards (BITA) returned for its second edition, bringing together India's leading technology brands and more than 400 founders, creators, gadget reviewers and industry leaders to celebrate a year of Indian tech. The honours went to the devices customers across the country used and loved most, from the foldables and flagships in their pockets to the AI-powered experiences now built into everyday life. On the night, the biggest names in technology came together to celebrate the one voice that matters most: the customer's.
India's favourite gadget guru, Rajiv Makhni, set the tone for the evening with a panel on 'The AI Revolution: What's Next for a Billion Users?' This was followed by a session on full-funnel advertising solutions by Gulshan Verma, Director, Amazon Ads India, exploring how brands can connect awareness, consideration and purchase to drive impact across the consumer journey. He highlighted the growing convergence of brand-building and performance marketing, and how technology, insights and AI tools are helping marketers engage customers with greater relevance at every stage.

In personal computing, Intel won Best Innovator Chipset for its Panther Lake series, and its processors powered two of the evening's laptop winners. The ASUS Zenbook 14 with Intel Core Ultra 9 was named Smartchoice Laptop of the Year and the Dell 15 with a 13th Gen Intel Core i5 took Best Laptop for Students.
Big screens ruled the TV category. Hisense's 85-inch ULED MiniLED won Best Large Screen TV of the Year, TCL's 55-inch 4K QLED Google TV took Customer Choice TV of the Year, and homegrown Lumio Vision 9 was named Most Trending TV of the Year.
