India, June 19 -- S anskruti Jayana, granddaughter of former Gujarat Chief Minister and current Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, has made her acting debut as Satyabhama in Hardik Gajjar's Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart. Growing up with parents who are social workers also played a key role in shaping her artistic instincts. "I accompanied them to slums and heard countless stories about people and their journeys. That's where my fascination with storytelling began," says the actor. It was while studying in London that she decided to pursue the arts. "I didn't even have the courage to admit to myself that I wanted to be an actor. But while pursuing a filmmaking course, I realised I loved being in front of the camera," she says....
