Aamir Khan opens up about finding peace with girlfriend Gauri
India, April 30 -- Actor-filmmaker Aamir Khan, who is often seen setting couple goals with girlfriend Gauri Spratt, has opened up about finding love again, sharing that their relationship brings him a deep sense of peace.
"I am very fortunate that I met Gauri. She is great, I feel at peace with her... Mujhe lagta hai ab jaake main mukammal hua hoon," said Aamir in an interview with Navbharat Times.
Speaking of his past marriages, the Ghajini (2008) actor said, "Although my relationship with (ex-wives) Kiran Rao and Reena Dutta were also very deep, but things didn't work out."
On being fondly called 'Mr Perfectionist', Aamir said that he doesn't believe in perfection and notes that everyone is bound to make mistakes at some point. He admits that recognising and accepting his own missteps has played a key role in shaping him personally as well as professionally.
The 61-year-old actor also opened up about his biggest regrets, which is not spending enough time with his family and loved ones, saying, "I was only addicted to work, filmmaking and acting for 30-35 years."
He shared how the Covid-19 pandemic proved to be a turning point, prompting him to reassess his priorities. "I got a chance to examine my life again during the Covid pandemic... I realised that I had lost many things and that time would not come back." HTC...
