India, Sept. 19 -- At 90, Japanese bodybuilder Toshisuke Kanazawa is proving that age need not limit ambition. As per CNN, he won the All Japan Masters Fitness Championship last month in the 85-and-over category, securing his 19th national title. Kanazawa began bodybuilding young but quit competitions at 34. He returned at 50, inspired partly by his wife, who enjoyed watching him compete while battling health problems. Even after her death, he continued taking the stage, carrying her memory with him. Speaking to the portal, Kanazawa said he often wonders whether his wife is watching him from heaven when his name is announced at competitions. A vegetarian since his comeback, Kanazawa follows a protein-rich diet featuring brown rice, miso soup, natto and protein shakes. Inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger, he is now considering a world championship in an older age category, hoping to set another record. HTC...
