India, Sept. 15 -- Vedang Raina says Jigra (2024), which failed to make a mark at the box office, was his first real introduction to how film numbers work. "I only understood box office when Jigra came out. First-day numbers, second-day numbers..." he says. Realising that the film had not performed as expected left him upset as it meant "the film didn't find its audience". However, the setback did not make him question his career choice: "I wasn't like, 'this is not for me and all that'." Raina still stands by the film, saying, "I thought Jigra was not a bad film.
