Mohali, March 1 -- A woman has accused a Mohali-based promoter of not giving her possession of a flat despite receiving full payment in 2010. The Chandigarh-based complainant stated that on October 13, 2010, she had a Rs.13-lakh sale agreement for a flat in a residential apartment complex near the Kharar courts complex. She claimed that she made the full payment as per the agreement. Sections 316(2) and 318(2) related to cheating, criminal breach of trust, forgery and criminal conspiracy have been slapped, police officials said. htc...
