Chandigarh, July 20 -- Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Sunday questioned chief minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal over the lack of progress in sacrilege cases, alleging that the state government had failed to deliver justice despite being in office for over four years. Referring to AAP's pre-poll promise to resolve the cases within 24 hours, Warring said the government had let off the Akalis while registering false cases against senior Congress leaders, which were later quashed by the high court. He claimed that the recent summoning of individuals was aimed at creating an impression that the government was pursuing justice.
